Sony rolls out Android 7.0 Nougat update for Xperia XZ
Sony on Monday announced that it has started the Android 7.0 Nougat update rollout for its flagship Xperia XZ that comes with a triple sensor camera.
With the update, the device will have a multi-window support, enabling the smartphone to run two apps simultaneously and double tap to switch between each.
The update will also deliver a longer battery life and a new messaging app enabling user to share videos and audio with a few taps.
Sony launched its premium flagship smartphone Xperia XZ in September this year. The Rs 51,990 device is available across all Sony centres and major electronic outlets.
The water-resistant Xperia XZ has two powerful cameras — a 23MP main camera with triple image sensing technology that captures images with three times the precision and a 13MP wide angle front camera.
