This New Jersey town is a hot spot for celeb trick-or-treating
The leafy suburb of Montclair, NJ, is popular with trick-or-treaters whose star-struck parents want to meet celebrities.
“Halloween is the one day a year you can actually knock on a famous person’s door,” one local told me.
Dozens of costumed children went to Stephen Colbert’s house and collected candy from the CBS host’s wife Evelyn while her husband was busy taping “The Late Show” in Midtown.
The kids also gave rave reviews to the treats at the house of actor Patrick Wilson, and makeup artist Bobbi Brown handed out samples of her cosmetics line to older girls and their mothers.
Sadly, Justin Bieber was not in Montclair with his pastor pal Carl Lentz, but in LA reuniting with Selena Gomez.
