The mum of two put plenty of cleavage on show, squeezing her boobs into a bandeau-style strapless bra.
She also flashed her lean legs in her floor-length pinstriped dress with a slash at her thigh.
The 36 year old left buttons of her pinafore-style dress undone to flash extra flesh.
Despite her undressed appearance, she wrapped a black puffa jacket around her shoulders and wore ankle boots.
Kim kept her makeup simple and wore her long dark hair straight.
She accessorised with simple gold charm necklaces as she was seen leaving Craigs Restaurant in West Hollywood.
On Thursday Kim shared an epic throwback of her and now-hubby Kanye posing together almost a decade ago.
Power couple Kim and Kanye started dating in 2012.
But the reality star and rapper's love blossomed a lot earlier – and here's a picture to prove it.
The reality star and mum-of-two is sporting a huge smile as she stands next to the rapper who is rocking his signature sunglasses from his 808s & Heartbreak era.
She captioned it: "2009. Maybe 2008 I can't remember."
Kim and Kanye first met in 2004, but it wasn't until around the time the picture was taken that Kanye made his feelings for the reality star, who was in a relationship with Reggie Bush at the time, known.
"I just dreamed about being next to her," Kanye later said.
