Soul Spark Yoga opened a physical studio location in Kent, WA on East Hill on June 2, 2014. To find out class offerings, check out our website for the full class schedule. What makes Soul Spark Yoga unique on the East Hill in Kent is that we are not a hot yoga studio. We specialize in traditional Yoga, specifically a Hatha form called Yoga Pranala (which is made up of pranayama[controlled breathing], meditation, the asanas [poses], energy movements, and Yoga Nidra). The studio reflects Yoga not only in form, style, but also in in atmosphere.The studio, styled with decor from India and Indonesia and with dark hardwood floors, has a peaceful, Eastern ambiance. Traditional classes are suitable for beginner and intermediate students,& some specialty classes will be offered for those who suffer from fibromyalgia, arthritis, and multiple sclerosis as well as those who wish for a more gentle,relaxing practice of Yoga.
