Inbound Customer Service Call Center We are currently looking for outstanding Customer Service Reps to join our fast paced inbound call center. We are hiring Full-time agents now. BLOCK SHIFTS NEEDED: (You must be available and flexible to work an 8 hours shift between either or both of these block schedules) 6:00 am to 7:00 pm 9:00 am to 10:00pm Location: Sandy, UT 84070 Pay: $10- $20/hr. -- Non bilingual Pay: $10.50- $20/hr. -- Bilingual Pay: $.75 night differential Paid training for 6 weeks Medical after 90 days Career advancement opportunities (Team Leads, Supervisors) Mandatory 10 hours OT during first week of each month Daily onsite breakfast and lunch vendors Job Details: Preferred minimum of 3-6 months customer service experience. Call center experience is a plus Taking inbound calls in a call center environment -- NO SELLING or UPSELLING involved Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures. Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls. Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner. Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs. Handle escalated calls and assure resolution to any issues/concerns. Skills Required: Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills Reliable (demonstrate a good attendance history), Punctual, Ability to work flexible schedule (Weekends, Evenings, Holidays, etc.) Basic PC and web browser knowledge, Ability to type 35 words per minute Strong familiarity with wireless network connectivity principles and trouble shooting. Ability to multi-task Communicate effectively with customers Job Requirements and Qualifications: Must be a US citizen (able to provide birth certificate or US passport) or have a current Perm Res or Green Card.
