Planned Parenthood Association of Utah (PPAU's) Salt Lake Admin location is seeking a detail oriented, customer service focused Call Center Representative who enjoys working in a team environment while performing a variety of clerical functions. Since 1970, PPAU has provided a broad range of sexual and reproductive health care, family planning and other medical services; trained and educated community members on issues of sexuality; and advocated for the protection of reproductive rights and freedom across the state of Utah. Each year, more than 54,000 women, men and teens visit one of PPAU's eight health centers. We provide a wide range of education programs and health care services, including low-cost birth control, emergency contraception, gynecological exams, breast and testicular self-exam education, sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing and treatment, vasectomy, and pregnancy testing and counseling options. Less than two percent of PPAU services are for early abortion care. Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school or equivalent Minimum of 1 year customer service or equivalent Bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred We are hiring for a part-time position, Monday - Friday shifts may vary Starting rate of pay is $10.30 an hour PPAU offers a generous paid time off package, 9 paid holidays and paid medical and dental insurance for full-time employees. PPAU pays a pro-rated portion of the monthly premium for part-time employees.
