POSITION SUMMARY:
Online Image has an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated Account Manager at our corporate office in Murray, UT. As an Account Manager, you will build rapport and relations with clients to better serve their SEO needs while meeting or exceeding targeted revenue expectations. You will ensure that best customer/client services are being provided throughout the life of an account. The Account Manager is ultimately responsible for the retention of clientele and is the referral liaison. You will provide appropriate strategic advice to client for optimization. You will consult with each one of these clients on the full line of Online Image solutions currently offered as well as pitching new and innovative products relevant to their business needs. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, have exceptional follow-up skills, and be ridiculously proactive in providing solutions to our most valued clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build rapport and relations with clients to better serve their SEO needs Demonstrating ability
Create a set of clear and defined expectation to and from the client for services Executing
Be the driver of client referrals and a liaison for all referral coordination
Initial optimization deployment verification
Identify, initiate, and delegate tasks to fulfillment as required related to all new and existing
Surface and rectify account issues as they arise
Schedule, perform, and monitor ranking audits
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum 1 year of accounting or administrative experience or, education in a finance/accounting field Demonstrated ability to sell complex services and solutions
Proactively anticipate customer requirements and recommend the appropriate solutions
Excellent computer skills with functionality of the MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrate excellent sales skills, including consulting with clients, negotiation, persuasion and excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and prioritize small and large scope projects
