OVERVIEW

We have an immediate need for a motivated leasing agent with a desire to work hard and move up within the company. Experience in property management is helpful, but not necessary. Professional appearance and working knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must. Sales experience is highly desired. Other experience that may be considered includes: Customer Service Accounting Retail Sales Hotel/Hospitality Marketing Clerical/Office You must enjoy working with people and have the ability to multitask as our office is going to be very busy. Day to day tasks include: Leasing Apartments Answering Phones Marketing Filing Data Entry Other duties as assigned For those with experience, this is a 300+ unit new construction lease up with great bonus potential and opportunity for advancement. SATURDAYS ARE REQUIRED. Work schedule will be 10 to 7 during the week and 10 to 5 on Saturdays. Day off during the week can be arranged. There is also the possibility of working around a school schedule as long as you are able to work 40 hours over a 6 day period.
