OVERVIEW

Position Summary: The Processing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing all evaluation orders sent and received to MD's; communicating with physician offices on an ongoing basis regarding follow up of evaluation orders; insuring all supporting paperwork for TCHP (well child visit/ last MD visit) is received from MD; uploading and "filing" all front end medical information; working closely with CCT's for follow up with retrieval of evaluation paperwork (after 9 days with office follow up); communicating with parents regarding status of their child's evaluation paperwork; communicating consistently with parents at time evaluation is sent to the MD. JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Strong computer skills in, excel, Microsoft word, outlook, SharePoint, magic card reader, will need knowledge of fax machines, copiers, scanners. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, with strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize projects and meet multiple deadlines Ability to work under pressure Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 Years of Office experience BININGUAL A PLUS BUT NOT MANDATORY
