OVERVIEW
Every Monday at 5:30pm, Thursday at 6:40pm and Saturday at 11:00am come for a one hour Zumba class at LeTourneau University, Solheim Center, Dance Studio for as little as $2.30 per class (on a punch card you purchase at the front). We have class from August 26, 2013 until May 1, 2014. Dance Fitness is a high energy, easy to follow, cardio and toning workout. We play all your favorite songs from the radio plus a little Latin, Bollywood and African rhythms that make you want to move and sweat. There is also a 10 minute intense toning and weights portion that will help you burn fat even faster. In one class, we burn, on average, 800 calories and have so much fun!
