Customer Service / Sales Specialist About Elements Massage: Elements Massage is a rapidly growing leader in the wellness industry with over 180 massage studios nationwide. What sets us apart from the ordinary massage is our focus on providing a superior experience for our clients. Our studio in the Pearl District opened a little less than 2 years ago and has been growing rapidly. I currently employ 15 massage therapists and 5 customer service / sales specialists. I am the owner and manager and have been a Portland resident for 20 years. I am deeply committed to making our studio a great place for our clients to visit and for our employees to work. Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments politely and professionally. Keeping member files updated and organized. Entering data from client records into systems. Skills and Experience necessary for the role: Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, studio management and therapists. Must possess ability to quickly learn new computer software. Previous experience in a SPA, gym or salon is preferred. Experience with Mindbody scheduling and point of sale system a plus! Scheduling: We are currently looking for someone who can work 5 regular shifts for a total of 2528 hours.
