Our average repair time, once we receive the phone for repair is about one to two hours most times. Here are some of the Common failure Symptoms, The device will not power on, The device will intermittently charge, The power supply plug must be held in place in order to charge the device, The device shuts down occasionally without warning, The power jack does not feel secure when plugged into the tablet, or phone. The device will only work when the battery is charged, and not directly from the power supply. The battery will not accept a charge, or recognize when the power supply is connected to it. I need for you my customer to know how we do the repairs, 1) I replace the charge port with a BRAND new one. I do not resolder the old one, if it is broke loose from the board, it is worn enough that it may possibly fail soon after you get your phone back. I want you to be able to trust me the next time you need a repair done. 2) If the logic board is damaged beyond repair, ( caused by lifted traces, or traces ripped off the board from the damaged charge port) I will call you to see what you want me to do.
