Hooping is a great way to get fit with a low impact, full body workout. It helps your balance, coordination and stress reduction in a endlessly creative way. All levels are welcome and hula hoops will be provided every class. Each hoop in class is hand made by me, please ask if you would like a custom hoop at the end of the class. Hoops are also sold in stores, Earth Treasures Us in the Coronado mall and Serotonin in Nob Hill.
