A Local HOA Management Company is seeking a Senior-Level Bookkeeper to provide day-to-day accounting for 50 HOAs and to help streamline processes with efficient tools and systems as the company continues to grow. This is a fantastic opportunity in a small downtown office with great benefits, fantastic time-off (one month!!), flexible hours with some opportunities to work remotely, and a collaborative team atmosphere. The ideal candidate has several years of AP/AR experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and able to implement new software such as daily reconciliation module, Digital AP that integrates into our software. You must be familiar with various accounting systems (we use TOPS, an HOA specific software) and embrace opportunities to implement tools to improve processes. Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable (High daily volume -- HOA Dues - implement bank software to reconcile daily) Accounts Payable (Moving to an outsourced company that integrates with our software) Account Reconciliations - 50 HOAs Manage automatic payments Reports Bank Deposits - check scanning Manage day-to-day activities of part-time accounting staff Manage Payroll - implement online/cellular timesheets Special accounting tasks asked for by HOA Boards i.e. fund accounting.
