OVERVIEW

Fortune 500 company in Fremont is in need of an experienced Office Admin to assist with ongoing operations of a Feed Manufacturing facility. Daily Responsibilities include: Handling inbound phone calls, counter support for inbound and outbound shipments, data entry and filing, communication with customers and delivery drivers on orders, track employee hours for payroll submission, knowledge of purchasing systems and bill paying, Skills required: understands and demonstrates teamwork, displays high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to multitask, computer skills in order to enter data and create and edit data, excellent communication skills including, the ability to verbally communicate clearly, clarify problems or issues, good listening skills, professional and courteous, positive attitude, possesses and executes basic problem solving and decision making skills, strong attention to detail, possess good organizational skills, customer friendly and positive attitude a must. This is a temp to hire position. After 3 months, a successful temp will be brought on full time and will be eligible for excellent benefits including medical, dental, and 401k matching. Hours are Monday through Friday 5AM to 2PM.
