Pay starts at $14 an hour with a MondayFriday, 8AM5PM schedule. The qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities for this position: Receives and evaluates loan applications from loan officers and reviews to ensure necessary information is complete to order supporting documentation. Orders title reports for all real estate secured, manufactured home, and float home consumer loan applications. Orders flood reports for real estate secured, manufactured home, and float home consumer loan applications. Coordinates with branch personnel to obtain required documentation from customer, such as proof of insurance, copies of satisfied mortgages or completed deeds to clear title report, etc. Forwards deeds to the respective title companies on a daily basis for recording, and follows for recording confirmations when completed. Orders sub escrows when mortgage loans are to be paid off with loan proceeds, and follow up and documents status of sub escrows until completed. Skills that may be useful for this job include being detailoriented, ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment, good communication skills, and knowledge of banking procedures and policies.
