Duties will include: Attracting new candidates using both social and print media Screening candidates on-line, over the phone, and in person Developing relationships with local universities, career centers, unemployment office, etc. Schedule job fairs at various locations Create recruiting strategies to attract candidates for our open positions Manage candidate pool in our company database and build a pipeline of potential candidates Job Requirements: Excellent verbal & written communication skills Ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast paced environment Ability to handle high volume phone calls Positive, outgoing attitude with a passion for working with people Computer skills Ability to follow operating procedures
