We here at PRO Martial Arts’ have recently started Adult Kickboxing Classes and are offering TWO FREE CLASSES to help people get fit, feel good and know how to defend themselves! We’re small classes so each newcomer/student gets the proper attention and is never left not knowing what to do. We are a ‘No Intimidation’ crowd, always open and looking to get to know you on a personal basis. Don’t worry we won’t push a hard sale on you but we will tell your about our extremely low prices that fit to your budget! Our classes combine motivation for our students, Yoga with stretching, functional athletic drills, resistance training, muscle targeting and proven martial arts techniques to create a holistic workout for the mind and body. The Kickboxing classes provide overall physical conditioning and toning benefits to students, while teaching the proper methods of kicking, punching and toning the body.
