How do you get kids to hold still? How do you get your subjects to relax and be âreal?â How do you relax yourself? What are the best colors for a subject to wear? Makeup or no makeup? How do you arrange your subjects into groups that looks good? And most of all, how do you harness the power of the most basic light source: natural light? Portraiture whether for fun or professional can benefit greatly from natural light. This class is designed to teach you how to use natural light better in portraiture. We will learn strategies to deal with all kinds of light, posing, location and use tools to make your portraits fabulous. We will work mostly outdoors with some indoor tutorial. This class will meet September 12th-October 3rd, Thursdays, 4-6pm. Tuition is $180.00.
