OVERVIEW
Every Saturday, from 12:45 pm- 2 pm, bring your children to play, stretch, and learn how to smile, relax, and connect to others and to the self through yoga.
Great for both boys and girls. Let your children play yoga games, act like animals through noises and poses, sing songs, do acro and dance, and meditate for 1 hr and 15 minutes, while you shop, eat, or run the errands you need to get done.
